As your executor, we will ensure that your assets are distributed in a smooth manner as per your will.
Executorship services include applying for a probate (i.e. certification of your will by the court) and managing your assets and distributing them to the beneficiaries in addition to carrying out any other specific instructions listed by you in your will.

Training manual for WILL IT Program – Powered by No Grey
Welcome to the WILL IT training program.
Objective: This training is designed for young lawyers and law students who wish to become proficient in laws relating to wills, trusts and guardianship in India and in using our WILL IT system.
WILL IT helps users write and execute wills online, appoint a guardian for their children, form trusts for their children or for adults with special needs and more. Users can also consult a No Grey authorized lawyer / partner on our platform.
Once you successfully complete our training program, you can become a No Grey authorized lawyer / partner on our platform and provide services to the users.

Duration of the training: 1 month
Week-by-Week Breakdown of the Program
Week 1: Introduction to our WILL IT system
• Overview of the WILL IT system.
• Basics of wills and trusts creation.
• Initial workshop and discussion session.
• End of week test
Week 2: Advanced Features and Legal Compliance
• Deep dive into the advanced features of WILL IT.
• Understanding legal compliance and ethical considerations.
• Second workshop and interactive case studies.
• End of week test
Week 3: Hands-On Training
• Practical exercises on wills and trusts drafting.
• Group activities and peer reviews.
• Third workshop focusing on problem-solving.
• End of week test
Week 4: Simulation and Final Assessment
• Review of all training material.
• Mock tests and feedback sessions.
• Final workshop and Q&A session.
Assessments and Certification
• Final Test: Comprehensive test at the end of the training.
• Certification: Participants who pass will become Authorized lawyers / partners of No Grey for the WILL IT system for a term of 1 year after which they will be re-assessed based on reviews, ratings and future simulation based on No Grey standards.
Becoming an Authorized Lawyer / Partner
• Onboarding: Successful candidates will be onboarded onto our platform.
• Opportunities: Authorized lawyers/partners can use the WILL IT system to provide legal services to customers via our platform.
• Continuous Learning: Access to advanced training modules and our network.
